R E Q U I R E M E N T S  F O R

CONTRACT VERIFICATION

DOMESTIC WORKERS

  • Original and Valid/Current Employment Contract
  • Valid Passport (at least 6 Month's validity prior to date of departure)
  • Valid QID of the Worker (Front & Back)
  • Valid QID of Sponsor (Front & Back)
  • Copy of Healch Card or Insurance valid for 2 Years
  • If Not processed by worker or sponsor provide AUTHORIZATION LETTER
  • Cash Payment of QR40.00 for Verification; QR93.00 for OWWA

 

CONTRACT VERIFICATION

SKILLED/COMPANY WORKERS

  • Original and Valid/Current Employment Contract attested by Ministry of Labor/Digitally Attested Contract with at least QR1,460 Basic Salary and Actual date of Employment*
  • Valid Passport (at least 6 Month's Validity prior to date of Departure)
  • Valid QID (Front and back)
  • Latest Certificate of Employment with actial date of employment Contract (addressed to POLO), Salary Certificate, Payslip
  • If not processed by worker provide Authorization Letter
  • Cash Payment of QR40.00 for verification; QR93.00 for OWWA
